  • Orders are processed within 48 hours. If it is a custom order, please allow for 3-5 days from date of purchase.
  • FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
  • Shipping is a flat rate based on the region.
  • We offer USPS Ground Advantage, UPS options for upgraded shipping. If you need to upgrade your shipping speed, please select that option at checkout.
  • Tracking numbers are sent via email to the address provided on the order
  • Packages are shipped from Missouri and typically take 3-5 days.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept any returns.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee. We want everyone to love their products. If you are not happy with your product, please contact us within 48 hours
    of delivery to make arrangements.
  • Defective product. All products are checked prior to shipping to ensure proper function. If there are any issues, please contact us within 48
    hours of delivery.
  • All the pens carried on the website use a standard 3mL cartridge and universal pen needles.
  • They operate in single unit doses up to 60 or 80 units. Each listing shows the max units of the pen.
  • All pens, except the one labeled plastic, are made out of aluminum metal.
  • All pens are reusable.
  • Pen choice is truly a personal preference. The biggest difference between pens is size, units, and the cap.
  • The v2 pens are the only pens that allow the needle to be “hidden” while using. The cap can be replaced once the needle the needle is installed and then used.
  • ALL boxes are made by a 3 rd party.
  • The boxes listed on the website are what is currently in stock and available.
  • Our box maker is easy to work with, if you have any specific requests or custom orders, please contact us. Our maker will gladly help craft
    whatever you are looking for!!
  • Custom Orders/Pep Wraps will be designed and pictures will be sent via email prior to shipping for approval. There will be two revisions
    offered before additional cost are added on.
  • PLEASE send clear, crisp images if you are uploading pictures. We want them to look amazing and good images is the best way for that to
    happen
  • Design details – if you are wanting a design made, please include as many details as possible. Colors, description, images, characters, words,
    etc.
  • Any images uploaded will not be used for future orders and will remain private and personal to your order.
  • Any custom designs are the “property” of the website and may be used in pictures or future orders.
  • The payment for these is completed separately on the gift card page. You will be emailed the code once the payment is complete. The code
    can be applied to the cart in future orders.
  • We take privacy very seriously!
  • No personal information is shared with outside parties.
  • We have security measures in place to protect all personal details shared on our website.
  • Payments are processed using external payment processing apps. We do not store any credit card information.
